NHS 111 Online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
As qualified Healthcare professionals, Pharmacists can offer advice on a range of minor illnesses and medications that do not require a prescription. Many pharmacies are open late and at weekends and you do not need an appointment. Find your nearest Pharmacy here.
Accessibility
We are compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act. We are unable to change some of the physical aspects of the building (like the slope outside the surgery) but we can get around most problems. If you have a disability that requires particular help please let us know and we will make special provision for you.
We have a surgery wheelchair and staff can help you get from your car into the surgery, including reserving a parking space closest to the front door. The toilet has been adapted for disabled use.
We can arrange appointment times that are most suitable (including being seen outside normal surgery hours so the building isn’t crowded).
Staff have been trained to help patients with hearing or visual loss.
We will also visit you at home should your disability make it impossible to access the surgery.
